Newsletter

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Further data will not be collected or will only be collected on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

The processing of the data entered in the newsletter registration form takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The data you provide us with for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Google Web Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts, which are provided by Google, for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google's servers. As a result, Google learns that our website has been accessed via your IP address. This site uses the Google Maps map service via an API. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

In order to use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.

Cloudflare (Proxy/CDN und Schutzfunktionen)

We use the Cloudflare service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, as a reverse proxy/CDN and for security features (e.g., protection against bot and DDoS attacks, load balancing, delivery optimization).

In doing so, Cloudflare processes, in particular:

  • IP address,
  • technical connection and request data (e.g., timestamp, URL accessed, header information, user agent),
  • security and diagnostic data.

Cloudflare uses technically necessary cookies and/or accesses information on the end device as part of these functions. Depending on the activated function, the following cookies may be used:

  • __cf_bm (bot management),
  • cf_clearance (challenge/security check),
  • _cfuvid or __cfruid (rate limiting/traffic differentiation),
  • __cflb (load balancer session),
  • __cfwaitingroom (waiting room, if activated).

These cookies are necessary for the secure and stable provision of our online services. Consent is not required for this according to Section 25 Paragraph 2 No. 1 and/or No. 2 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG).

The legal basis for the subsequent data processing according to the GDPR is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and efficient operation of our website).

Recipient:
Cloudflare, Inc. as a data processor. A data processing agreement (DPA) exists with Cloudflare.

Third-country transfer:
Transfers to third countries (especially the USA) cannot be ruled out. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for third-country transfers (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses or other permissible transfer mechanisms pursuant to Art. 44 et seq. GDPR).

Storage period:
